We opened the Aventura Dental Center back in 1990 and have updated both the look and technology over the years. We are proud of our dental office as it is fully stocked with all the tools and modern equipment necessary to provide excellent care. Our sprawling facility features a welcoming reception area, consultation room, and private treatment rooms. Our top priority is providing outstanding dental care in an environment that is friendly and upholds the highest of safety standards. MEET DR. DAVID BISTRITZ

DR. DAVID S. BISTRITZ

Dr. David S. Bistritz is an Aventura, FL dentist who specializes in general dentistry at Aventura Dental Center in Miami-Dade County. His joy for serving others began at a young age. During the summers of his high school years, he spent time volunteering at the local hospital’s dental clinic. He has always had a passion for helping others in the healthcare industry, so going into dentistry just made sense. He opened Aventura Dental Center back in 1990 and is thrilled to be providing exceptional dental care to his local community. In addition to using the latest dental methods and technologies, Dr. Bistritz is a gold status Invisalign® provider.

SKILLS AND SPECIALTIES

As an expert in dentistry, Dr. Bistritz is adept in performing a wide variety of surgical and nonsurgical dental procedures, including dental implants, porcelain veneers, dental crowns, smile makeovers, and Invisalign® aligners. He is significantly skilled in performing restorative and cosmetic dental procedures as well such as dentures, dental bridges, tooth-colored fillings, KöR whitening, and dental bonding. Some of his specialized procedures include ridge augmentation, full-mouth reconstruction, and sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Bistritz works diligently to keep up-to-date with the latest innovations and surgical techniques to provide his patients with the best care possible.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Dr. Bistritz chose to attend the University of Maryland Dental School because of their approach to treat all patients with a comprehensive approach. This training and focus helped Dr. Bistritz become skilled in all areas of dentistry and see the bigger picture of dental health. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Bistritz started his own dental practice the following year and has been self-employed ever since. Although he has over 27 years of experience under his belt, Dr. Bistritz is continually advancing his education by attending dental conferences, consulting forums, and management courses.
