I had implant surgery. They made me feel relaxed and it went great. My daughter also had gum graft surgery and also had a great experience. The staff is super nice and work hard to make sure you are comfortable. I recommend Dr Parker to everyone!

Dr. Parker put in an implant for a tooth I broke in half and required pulling. I was really nervous about what this might do to my smile. I'm incredibly impressed with how real my temporary tooth looks while I wait for the bone to grow, and how little pain I was in after. None of my friends can even tell I have a temporary tooth or implant right now. He and his kind staff made the entire experience as pleasant as something like this can be. The whole process was really quite easy thanks to Dr. Parker and his team.

Dr Matt Parker and his team were each professional, knowledgeable, and very careful and communicative with everything they did to repair my gums. Dr. Matthew M. Parker, DDS
CEO and Founder of Parker Periodontics and Implant Dentistry
Periodontal prosthetic rehabilitation, oral plastic surgery, and implant dentistry
Dr. Matthew M. Parker was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Upon graduation from Oak Hills High School, Dr. Parker attended Wabash College and the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. In 1995, Dr. Parker received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Chemistry, magna cum laude, from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
Dr. Parker attended the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he was active in student research and received Dean’s list recognition. In 2000, Dr. Parker received his doctorate in dental surgery and accepted a residency position from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and the Birmingham Veteran’s Administration Hospital. While in Birmingham, Dr. Parker received extensive training in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease, intravenous sedation, and dental implant placement. In 2003, Dr. Parker was awarded certificates in Periodontology from both the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and the Birmingham Veteran’s Administration Hospital.
During the summer of 2003, Dr. Parker and his wife, Emily, reported to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island to serve in the U. S. Navy Dental Corps. While stationed at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, Dr. Parker served as Head of the Department of Periodontology and Preventative Dentistry. Dr. Parker and his team were responsible for the periodontal care of 8,500 Sailors and Marines who frequently deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq. For his efforts, Dr. Parker was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medal at the conclusion of his tour of duty.
In 2003, Dr. Parker achieved board certification in Periodontology from the American Board of Periodontology. In 2009, Dr. Parker received the N. Wayne Hiatt Rising Star Award for leadership from the Ohio Dental Association. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Cincinnati Dental Society. Among his numerous local responsibilities, Dr. Parker serves as a Board Member of the Cincinnati Oral Health Foundation and served as the President of the Cincinnati Dental Society in 2016. In 2019, Dr. Parker was the recipient of the Cincinnati Dental Society Meritorious Service Award.
Before returning to Cincinnati in 2007, Dr. Parker operated periodontal practices in Oak Harbor, Washington and Asheville, North Carolina where he gained valuable experience in all phases of periodontal and dental implant care. Dr. Parker serves as an educational leader for local dentists as the President of the Eastside Dental Study Club and his Spear Dental Study Club.
Dr. Kenneth L. Anderson
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Kenneth L. Anderson has been with Coastal Jaw Surgery since 2017. For the past 7 years, he has been practicing as a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Anderson specializes in dental alveolar surgery, Zygomatic implants, nerve repositioning for dental implants, temporary crowns for dental implants, temporary implants, guided implant surgery, complex bone and soft tissue grafting, general anesthesia, facial trauma, platelet rich fibrin, oral pathology including jaw cysts and tumors. In Trinity, Florida, he participates in Coastal Jaw Surgery's Pinnacle Study Club, which teaches dental clinicians in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Anderson is located in the Spring Hill office.
Among the areas of specialty for Dr. Anderson include dental alveolar surgery, implants, hard and soft tissue grafting, general anesthesia, facial trauma, cleft palates, and orthognathic surgeries. In addition to undergoing continuing education programs across the country, Dr. Anderson is continually learning and expanding his knowledge. Dr. Anderson has attended Dr. Arnett’s course for orthognathic surgery and Dr. Bedrossian’s zygomatic implant training courses. He works closely with various other medical and dental specialties including dentists, ENT, and sleep specialists.
