This is based on my first visit. Everyone, and I do mean absolutely everyone was very kind and welcoming to me. The office is nice and clean. The COVID-19 protocols were in place and being followed in a way that made me comfortable that they take this pandemic seriously.

The receptionist put me right at ease as soon as I walked in. The hygienist was very upbeat and pleasant while at the same time patiently explaining everything she was doing during the cleaning. Dr. Leong was also very nice and professional and even explained some things going on with my teeth that no other dentist has made clear. They both made suggestions and gave me options, but never once did I feel even a hint of being pressured or bullied.

For those with sensory issues/multi-chemical sensitivities, there is a television in the reception area only and it was not on, just some piped music that was not too loud. There were no strong, fake air freshener type scents, just the smell of clean. There was an air filter on right near where I was examined, which is a huge plus for me.

I am extremely glad I took a chance on this office. I got real 5-star service.
