Dr. Patel was raised in Bloomfield Hills, MI by two amazing and supportive parents. He is a die-hard Detroit Lions, Pistons, Tigers, and Red Wings fan! He lived in Austin, TX for some time and then moved to the Dallas area in 2013 and has come to love the Dallas Mavericks and Stars as well! His future goals include continuing to treat patients in private practice, earning his Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree, as well as perhaps becoming a part-time faculty member at Texas A & M University College of Dentistry. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, going to sporting events, trying new experiences, and golf.

Dr. Patel’s goal upon the first meeting with him is to make you feel as comfortable as possible as he understands that coming to a periodontal office can be daunting. The goal of this visit is to make sure that you have all of your options for any possible treatment and then you make the choice of what you want to do. He will tell you multiple times that at the end of the day, it is your mouth and your investment and that his job is to help guide you to a healthier state, both physically and psychologically.
