I visited Westphalia dental for an implant consult and was blown away by the high level of customer service I received. Dr Chung, Melva and the other female staff members were very friendly and personable. The office was modern and clean and his services were affordable.I would definitely recommend Westphalia dental.

I was reluctant about the process of removing a root canal and getting implant as soon as I enter the office the staff made the atmosphere very comfortable ,Dr Chung and assistant was very gentle handling with the process count wait until completion.

Westphalia Dental is absolutely amazing . Visiting the dentist office used to give me such anxiety. Since I have been under Dr. Chung's office , my visits are far less stressful. The staff are always so welcoming. Dr. Chung is very professional, extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Dr. Chung shows that he has great confidence in his staff. Michelle is the absolute best. You will never catch her without a smile and just a positive and comforting personality. Melva is just as sweet and as pleasant as can be. I would definitely recommend you to visit this office for your dental needs. I have since moved my daughter and husband under Westphalia Dental. Trust me, they will get you right!

Dr. James Chung
Life has a tendency to lead you to your calling – albeit sometimes in a circuitous. Dr. Chung comes from a family of physicians. He was expected to adopt the same path. His education was catered to facilitate this path and ultimately led him to attend the prestigious Yonsei University Medical School in South Korea. While in Korea, Dr. Chung taught English and served as an adjunct martial arts instructor for ROK Special Forces.
Dr. Chung eventually left South Korea to return to the U.S. He briefly attended law school, but quickly realized that his calling was, in fact, in the medical field. During this transition, he met his wife, a jewelry designer. He also received training in aesthetic and wax carving which served as the impetus behind his entrance into NYU College of Dentistry.

Dr. Chung completed a general practice residency in Jersey City Medical Center where he was introduced to implants and third molar extractions. Since then, he has piously and vigorously continued to enrich his implant education through the AAID’s (American Academy of Implant Dentistry) Maxicourse, an intensive year-long training compendium with courses through International Academy of Dental Implantology.
Dr. Chung is a devoted father and husband. He enjoys wrestling, Jujitsu, indoor rock climbing, and racetrack driving with his daughter, Serene. Currently, he is teaching her chess and Othello.
Dr. Chung enjoys giving back to his local community. The practice will be sponsoring our local junior sports football team!
Dr. Kenneth L. Anderson
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Kenneth L. Anderson has been with Coastal Jaw Surgery since 2017. For the past 7 years, he has been practicing as a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Anderson specializes in dental alveolar surgery, Zygomatic implants, nerve repositioning for dental implants, temporary crowns for dental implants, temporary implants, guided implant surgery, complex bone and soft tissue grafting, general anesthesia, facial trauma, platelet rich fibrin, oral pathology including jaw cysts and tumors. In Trinity, Florida, he participates in Coastal Jaw Surgery's Pinnacle Study Club, which teaches dental clinicians in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Anderson is located in the Spring Hill office.
Among the areas of specialty for Dr. Anderson include dental alveolar surgery, implants, hard and soft tissue grafting, general anesthesia, facial trauma, cleft palates, and orthognathic surgeries. In addition to undergoing continuing education programs across the country, Dr. Anderson is continually learning and expanding his knowledge. Dr. Anderson has attended Dr. Arnett’s course for orthognathic surgery and Dr. Bedrossian’s zygomatic implant training courses. He works closely with various other medical and dental specialties including dentists, ENT, and sleep specialists.
